Returns, Cancellations & Shipping

Shipping - USA
Orders are packaged and shipped in 3-5 business days and you can view tracking information in your account|orders page. All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with delivery tracking. Orders over $250 require a signature for delivery.

Shipping - International
Orders are packaged and shipped in 3-5 business days and you can view tracking information in your account|orders page. All packages are shipped using USPS International Priority Mail. Returns and refunds are not accepted for international orders in the event of damage during shipping or failure of the package to arrive. Proof of shipment will be provided to the buyer via USPS delivery tracking which will track the package while in the USA. All shipments will be declared accurately in both value and contents on customs paperwork. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. If you would like door to door package tracking contact me or add a note to your order and I will adjust your order price to reflect the UPS Internaltional delivery charge.

International importation of commercial telecommunications equipment is restricted by some countries. In the event you are shipping to a country with regulations prohibiting import you will be contacted to change or cancel your order. USPS Mailing Conditions

Customer Returns
Defective products are accepted as exchanges at Cliste's expense if return shipment is initiated within 14 days of customer delivery according to USPS delivery tracking. Products must not be damaged when received by Cliste. If you are returning products please contact me for direction.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Orders not canceled in this window may be fulfilled and the customer will be charged. Our best effort will be made to halt fulfillment, whenever cancellation is requested.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided for shipments that are noted as Delivered by USPS delivery tracking. If you would like signature confirmation for your package please add a comment on the order form. In the event the address provided is invalid or the package is not delivered, a second attempt will be made to ship the package at the buyers expense.

Invalid Transactions
In the event of incorrect software functionality, configuration, errors, or vulnerabilities orders may be cancelled.
